I practice Mental Health Counseling in Omaha, Nebraska. Through the process of therapy people can overcome barriers in their lives and achieve emotional wellness as they find the answers within themselves.
I utilize a broad range of techniques in working with individuals, couples and families. The techniques most often used include cognitive, behavioral, family systems, interpersonal, grief-work, and brief problem-solving therapy. The process of therapy is built on a relationship between the therapist and client. It is important to me to develop a caring professional relationship with all of my clients. The principals of self-determination, respect, integrity, honesty, and acceptance guide my professional relationships.

What Can I expect?
When you call for an appointment I will speak with your personally to set this up. I have a very small office space that I share with one other provider. We do not have a receptionist so when you call you will receive personal, direct communication with your therapist.
Call any time to set up an appointment. You may also choose to send an email through my contact page. When we schedule the appointment we will take time to chat briefly about your reason for coming for therapy so I can understand your needs. If you have questions about your insurance or financial responsibility for your sessions be sure to ask me. Most therapy sessions are 45-60 minutes in length. First time Health Coaching sessions are 45 minutes long and follow up health coaching sessions are typically 30 minutes in length. |
