I am a participating provider with most insurance companies. Below is a list of the various insurance accepted. Please verify your benefits and in-network status by calling the customer service phone number located on the back of your insurance card. Insurance benefits can be confusing and I am available to assist with this process if needed.

What Can I expect?
When you call for an appointment I will speak with your personally to set this up. I have a very small office space that I share with one other provider. We do not have a receptionist so when you call you will receive personal, direct communication with your therapist.
Call any time to set up an appointment. You may also choose to send an email through my contact page. When we schedule the appointment we will take time to chat briefly about your reason for coming for therapy so I can understand your needs. And, please see the HIPPA privacy practices here: Privacy Practices. If you want me to bill your health insurance for your sessions, please bring your insurance card to your first session. If you have questions about your insurance or financial responsibility for your sessions be sure to ask me. Most therapy sessions are 45-60 minutes in length. First time Health Coaching sessions are 45 minutes long and follow up health coaching sessions are typically 30 minutes in length. |
